More About Me

About Barbara

I’m Barbara Frey, a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout Fairfield County and beyond. Since 1992, I’ve built my business on a foundation of integrity, honesty, and loyalty—values that guide everything I do.

I’m known for my ability to multitask, stay organized, and connect with people on a personal level. These skills have helped me become a trusted name in real estate. I pride myself on my effective communication, attention to detail, and strategic marketing, which have all played a big role in my success. What matters most to me, though, is being patient and attentive to my clients, providing them with the experience and knowledge to navigate the ever-changing real estate market.

My goal is to ensure every transaction is smooth, stress-free, and well-guided, so my clients can feel confident throughout the process.  Having lived in Sandy Hook for 25 years, I have had the privilege of serving as past president of the Newtown Board of Realtors and was honored to be named Realtor of the Year for 2015-2016.  I take pride in being instrumental in creating “Donation Day at the Pound,” a program I hold close to my heart.

Married to Gary P. Frey Sr. since 1972, we have three wonderful children—Gary Jr. in Newtown, Tracey Cleri in Trumbull, and Tara Farrell in Queen Creek, Arizona. We’re also blessed with four grandchildren and our beautiful white husky, Nala.

Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible. Let’s work together to achieve your real estate goals!
